At LO Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
